OUR RETURNS POLICY
We understand that from time to time items ordered online may not satisfy your requirements as expected. We are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping cost) , as long as your return meets our below requirements. We reserve the right to cancel/investigate any suspicious orders that are not for personal use.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items can be refunded (the full amount not including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is in brand new, original condition. The item must be unworn without any sign of odour or makeup/fake tan. Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and tracking information. Please include your return tracking information emailing us after your return has been approved. Please ensure the item is folded neatly when returned.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
Please email faridani.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the item/s and the reason for your return, a photo of the item and we will provide postage details. Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
