We offer free standard shipping to customers ordering within Australia. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 week. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
Please note, all custom charges, import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customers. If shipping is delayed, please contact the postal company of your country to avoid delays in customs.

TRACKING
Once your item has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or a letter box which has public access.

Please note Faridani has no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. Faridani takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
